This is confirmation of your cleaning request and that it has been sent to our bookings department.
we will email you the day before your clean is scheduled to confirm that we will be with you on the day your bin is emptied, we can't give you a time but not to worry you don't have to wait around for us as long as we have access to your bins then you can transfer payment and all details will be on the card posted through your door by our operator or if you are in then cash is fine, sometimes it might be booked in for the next day as we do get busy, again that will be notified to you by e mail or text.
Please note that if your are requesting a clean in the next 3 days please contact us first, as your request will not be booked in.
Its a first come first serve basis,if you don't hear from us the day before you requested your clean then we are extremely busy and we cannot contact everyone to let them know we can not conduct your clean on date given we do apologise about this.
PRICE PLAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ.
Your booking is confirmed and is for a minimum of 6 months your cleans will commence within 7 days of receiving full payment of yearly price plan or 3 monthly payments of pay monthly plans. payments can be a cash on day of clean/ transfer or standing order set up for end of the month. please use address as reference when paying.
